Tournament builds

[Boo] ran a pretty much standard balanced build in every match with a few occasional changes in skills. We often played the hammer warr with Death's Charge in first match and took Wild Throw in second. We also tried warrior stances on the monk, or used Signet of Rejuvenation instead of Dark Escape. When we faced a blind dervish in first match we took Antidote Signet instead of ress on the ranger.
