The tournament will take place on Sunday, 2nd of October at 3pm GMT/UTC (GER: 17.00)
All matches will start at 3.10pm GMT (Introduction at 3.00pm GMT. That means: have your whole team absolutely ready before introduction. We will use Teamspeak 3 (Channel-IP: to be added) to simplify the communication between you and our group coordinators. There will be a channel on Teamspeak for each team. Be on TS at least 30 minutes before the start in case there are any changes or things left to discuss etc. If your team doesn't show up on time, you may be disqualified (and might be replaced by one of the backup teams).
Your team will be put into a group with 3 other teams and the whole group will get guest invites to the same guildhall. There is going to be a group phase and a K.O.-phase after that. During group phase your team will have 2 matches (with a little break in between to adjust builds) against every team of your group. Every victory will give you 1 point. (Draw= no point!)
SCHEDULE: DON'T BE LAZY, READ THIS!
3.00pm GMT/UTC (Germany: 17.00 Uhr): Short introduction by Group Coordinators: explaining the basic rules (every participant needs to have read them before that: https://teamarena.forumieren.com/t4-tournament-rules) and showing combat area. All tourney participants leave the guild hall afterwards.
3.10pm: Team 1 enters guild hall and moves directly to the other side, to the enemy lord room and opens a scrimmage fight (Übungskampf). As soon as that happened the Group Coordinator (GC) gives the OK to Team 2 to enter the guild hall and Team B directly enters the scrimmage. This is to make sure that first and secondary professions remain secret until the match starts.
As soon as the first scrimmage is running the GC messages Team 3 to enter the guild hall and the same procedure starts again. All matches need to be running by 3.15pm.
Every match ends when the timer has reached 9.00 minutes. Therefore all matches are finished by 3.25pm. All participants need to leave the guild hall afterwards.
The rematches take place shortly after. Team 1 needs to enter the guild hall at 3.30pm and the same procedure starts again. All rematches need to be running by 3.35pm and the first round will be finished by 3.45pm. There is a little break of 5 minutes (time for the group coordinators to post the results), the first team has to enter the guild hall at 3.50pm. All matches of round 2 are to be running at 3.55pm.
Note that the following times may be changed by the Group Coordinators. If everything runs smoothly (if everyone has read the rules) we will be able to finish much earlier and therefore have less waiting time.
GROUP PHASE SCHEDULE:

3.10pm – 3.45pm: Round 1
3.50pm – 4.25pm: Round 2

After group phase is finished we’ll have a short break. If there are 2 teams at the end of group phase which got the same number of victory points and are listed on rank 2, there will be a 4 minute First-Kill-Wins match with 1 referee joining on each side. If there are no kills after 4 minutes the refs will declare a winner by comparing the health chart.
