Creating the group phase schedule:

Every team will get a number (1-16). We wil "/roll 16" 4 times to pick 4 teams for Group A, then another 4 times for Group B and so on.

K.O. phase schedule:

The winner of Group A will play against #2 of Group B, while the winner of Group B plays against #2 of Group A (same for C and D). The winner of the A#1 vs B#2 match will then play against the winner of the C#1 vs D#2 match. The winner of B#1 vs A#2 plays against the winner of D#1 vs C#2.

Points during Group Phase:

Win = 1 Point
Draw (no kills on either side) = 0 Points
Lose = 0 Points

If 2 Teams have the same amount of points after group stage and are ranked on position 2 and 3, they will have to take a First-Kill-Wins match with 2 referees joining the match. If none of the teams score a kill after 4 minutes (when the timer hits 5:00) the referees will declare a winner by comparing the health charts (higher AVERAGE health wins).

What happens to the entrance fees?
They will be given to the group coordinators to reward their efforts to make this tournament happen ;-)
